Summertime Blues I think Summer Came a little too soon It gets downright hot By the time it's noon The cool night Of Spring I yearn But I think Spring Just missed it's turn Hot is the night But hotter the day I can never win Either way For many a child It means freedom from school But I just wishSummer Could be alittle more cool So I'll do my best Getting through each day Knowing that Fall Is on it's way
